GIANLUCA MEOLA

Sport Endorsement Manager

Journalist, sports commentator, author, TV host, PR and international press office for sports, corporate, entertainment and major events, Gianluca's client list includes popstar such as Madonna, Bellator MMA, Glory World Series and Harlem Globetrotters. He has been looking after the image of companies, sports, music and entertainment personalities for over ten years.
He counts on numerous collaborations with Italian and foreign magazines and is director of the online sports magazine Playsport. In 2018 he received the prestigious International Grand Prix of Venice from the Chamber of Deputies and was included in the top 10 Italian excellences in the sector.

EDOARDO CARLO ACHENZA

Partner and Analytics Manager

Graduated in London from Hult International Business School and then followed a specialist with the Microsoft AI Academy deep diving in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. Edoardo has worked at various StartUps in multiple sectors of energy, electric mobility, fashion and mobile gaming and also with more structured companies such as Accenture and various multinationals. He is passionate about science, music and technology.

ANDREA PALMIERI

Legal Advisor

Andrea Palmieri graduated in October 2010 at the University of Roma Tre with a thesis on Diritto Commerciale sull’Amministrazione Straordinaria. He obtained his qualification to practice law in October 2013, in the district of the Court of Appeal of Rome, where he currently practises the profession. In 2014, he won the scholarship for the Master's degree "Avvocato d'Affari" at Il Sole 24 Ore and, subsequently, he is a professor's assistant. He is Commissioner in bankruptcy proceedings and liquidator of companies. He carries out judicial and extra-judicial activities with reference to civil law, commercial law, company law and bankruptcy law. He is legal advisor to joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, partnerships, banks and credit institutions. He follows litigation and debt collection activities for leading Italian electricity and gas supply companies.

LUCIANA CHIALASTRI

Partner & Managing Director

Born in Rome and devoted to the arts, Luciana studied and graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts, later earning a degree in Decoration with a thesis on the history of shoes — an emblem of the Dolce Vita and a tribute to her family’s legacy. Her artistic eye, originally nurtured through painting and design, has evolved into a strategic asset in the world of communication and brand development.
For the past 15 years, Luciana has been at the helm of the agency, overseeing relationships with major clients in Italy and abroad. As Partner & Managing Director, she leads with clarity, dedication, and an innate ability to anticipate trends. Her refined instinct for recognizing emerging talent — especially in the entertainment industry — has become one of the agency’s distinctive strengths, allowing ICE to cultivate long-lasting and successful collaborations.
Luciana’s approach to leadership blends precision and creativity: her natural warmth, problem-solving attitude, and artistic mindset bring exceptional value to both client relationships and internal operations. She guides a team of marketing and communication experts with vision and enthusiasm, fostering an environment where ideas flourish and strategic thinking meets originality.
After many years working closely with actors, Luciana has also discovered her own passion for performance. Over the last two years, she has embraced acting as a personal hobby and is now an active member of a small theatre company, where she channels her expressive nature and artistic curiosity in new and fulfilling ways.
Outside the office, Luciana expresses her creativity through painting and caring for her plants, and she keeps her energy high through tennis, swimming, and volleyball. Her ability to see beauty and potential everywhere — even in numbers, contracts, and administrative details — makes her one of the agency’s most solid pillars and an inspiring force for the entire team.
